Wrestlers in Business Network Announces Executive Committee Changes
Manheim, PA - The Wrestlers in Business Network (WIBN) is excited to announce that Marcel De Bary Gagnon will join the WIBN Executive Committee, where she will leverage her vast experiences to help steer the organization. After a comprehensive and exhaustive two-month search, Marcel will replace longstanding Executive Committee member John Cvetic who stepped down from his role.
Marcel is no stranger to the WIBN. She currently serves on the WIBN Atlanta Board and has been instrumental in its' growth and expansion. WIBN Atlanta is one of the organization's longest-standing Chapters and has built a reputation of sustained excellence.
In addition to her passion for wrestling, Marcel brings a wealth of professional expertise that will be leveraged to help grow and evolve WIBN. She is a recognized change agent and C-level executive with a 25-year business background that bridges sales strategy development and business plan execution.

Marcel's career includes leadership roles with Accenture, Xerox, Atos, and Moreau Shepell. Most recently, she served as Chief Sales Officer for OneGroup and was the first woman hired into the company's C-Suite. In 2004, she founded TaSa Consulting, providing sales consulting and outsourced Chief Sales Officer services to companies in the financial, insurance, and human capital industries. Marcel is an expert at driving companies burdened by inefficiencies to competency levels and high productivity. Her peers describe her as an innovative visionary, a tenacious deal-maker, and a motivating communicator.
While successful in her professional career, Marcel has also served as an active community member in promoting various topics and issues. Marcel serves as an Advisory Board Member of Sapient Insights Group and holds a board position within the National Association for Advancement of Women in Insurance (NAAWI). She is a local member of the East Lake Foundation Women's Alliance in Atlanta. She has also served on the Executive Leadership Council for Year Up, as an Advisory Board Member for the Alma G. Davis Foundation, a judge for the Girl of the Year Award for Women in Technology, and a Sponsorship Executive for Girls Who Code.
A self-proclaimed vegetable rights activist, Star Wars enthusiast, and half of the duo that created and manages seven daughters, Marcel decompresses from her busy life through amateur wrestling, woodworking, and driving fast cars very fast.
